50kWp Solar PV system achieves estimated generation in 8 months!!!
On the 25th February 2012 we commissioned a 50kWp system at Stratford Agri-Park. We had estimated the 212 x Schueco MPE235 panels would generate 42,301kWh per annum.
On 6th November 2012, 8 months after commissioning, the system had generated just over 43,000kWh and over 70% of the energy had been used.
The original investment had been made on the assumption that 50% of the energy would be used, so the return on investment will be increased further.
The customer is so pleased they are considering other renewable technologies, including more Solar PV & Biomass boilers on their existing properties and also future developments.
