Feed-in Tariff – Government offers compromise
The DECC yesterday announced that if they lose the Appeal Court case they will fund the higher rate FIT rates up unitl 3rd March 2012.
If however they win, the rate announced on the 31st October 2011 will be applied to all installations after 12th December 2011.
