Office Administrator required

Office Administrator required for our busy office.

Duties to include:

General Office Administration comprising raising customer quotations & sales invoices, customer handover packs, maintaining customer database & company records, maintaining and managing quality management system and Health and Safety records.

Good telephone skills as will involve answering the telephone

Other varied duties may include following up on customer quotations, discussing customer requirements and on-going projects.

Experience of Microsoft Office is required.
