Mr & Mrs P. recently purchased a Tesla Model 3. So they could benefit for the Tesla Energy Plan (TEP), which fixes their electricity import rate at the market’s lowest price of 8p/kWh with no standing charges, they contacted us about installing Solar panels & a Tesla Powerwall home battery.
We were asked to maximise generation so recommended the world’s highest efficiency SunPower Maxeon 400w panels optimised by a SolarEdge inverter.
With the Tesla Powerwall and the TEP they joined the Tesla Virtual Power Plant which also also offers an export rate at 8p/kWh.
