SunPower Solar PV Hospital with SMA Inverters out performs expectations, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Installed in June 2014 for Community Energy Warwickshire the Solar PV system at the Rehabilitation Hospital in Leamington Spa has out performed expectations.
It had been estimated that the system would generate 43,000kWh of electricity per annum – 865kWh/kWp. However, with less than 2 years since installation the system has generated over 100,000kWh of FREE, Green electricity – over 1,006kWh/kWp.
The system comprises 152 high efficiency SunPower E20 327w panels with 3 x SMA TriPower inverters all monitored via an SMA Webbox.
