We are delighted to announce that we have recently been awarded Premium Partner Status by Tesla for the installation of Tesla Powerwalls.

Tesla Powerwall 3

The Tesla Powerwall 3 is now available to order with installations available from September 2024.

Powerwall revolutionised the Home Battery market when it was first introduced in 2014. With Stratford Energy Solutions at the forefront of the early rollout and now as a Premium Tesla Certified Installer we will be the first to install the Powerwall 3.

With thousands of installations throughout the Midlands: Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands, we expect demand to be high.

This new Powerwall Battery Storage Systems can:

  • Store surplus Solar generated energy to use later
  • Charge from the grid making use of lower cost off-peak tariffs
  • Back up power during grid outages
  • Trade electricity with the grid using dynamic tariffs

Tesla Powerwall 2

The Tesla Powerwall has 3 modes; a battery to store surplus Solar generated Electricity, Time of Use Charging & Back Up Power.

Increase self-consumption of Solar power generation: Powerwall can store surplus Solar energy during daylight hours and use that energy later in the evening when the sun is not shining.
Time of Use/Load shifting: Powerwall can charge during low-rate periods when demand for electricity is lower and discharge during more expensive rate periods when electricity demand is higher.
Back-up power: In the event of a grid outage, Backup Gateway is now available to ensure your Powerwall continues to power your home or select circuits. Backup Gateway will also ensure your Solar PV system continues to generate energy during a power cut.

Powerwall consists of a 13.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, liquid thermal control system, an integrated inverter that can charge/discharge continuously upto 5kW and software that intelligently dispatches electricity when it’s needed most. The unit mounts seamlessly on a wall or on the ground, indoors or outdoors, and is connected to the grid to take advantage of low-cost electricity, maximizing your opportunity for economic benefit.

SolarEdge Home Battery

The SolarEdge Home Battery is a 10kWh storage battery that integrates with the SolarEdge inverter. DC Coupled for a high efficiency system. The battery will store surplus generated Solar to use later in the day and/or charge with low-cost off-peak energy from your energy provider to supplement the Solar during low generation periods.

GivEnergy Hybrid Inverter and Battery system

eddi Immersion Controller

The eddi is designed to help maximise the consumption of your self-generated solar power. The eddi acts as an automatic power controller that diverts surplus power to a hot water heater, to save energy and minimise your energy bills. The eddi works as a standalone product with a PV System to utilise all surplus generation.

A dedicated immersion supply is required for the installation of an eddi.
