This week we had our first installation of the Tesla Powerwall 3, for one of our Leicestershire based projects.
After the product being announced earlier this year, our trusted team our installers have been keen to get their hands on the Tesla Powerwall 3 and complete their first installation. As premium partners with Tesla, we have been fortunate to receive early access to the product, and be amongst the first installers in the UK to offer and install the Powerwall 3.
The family who had this installation placed their order with us, just 2 months ago, we then worked hard survey the property and design the perfect system for the client, based with their lifestyle and property in mind.
What Solar System was the Tesla Powerwall 3 included in?
Designing a bespoke system for the property allowed us to install the Tesla Powerwall 3 promptly, as soon as it came to market this September. This led us to install a 5.3kWP Solar System that included:
- SunPower Performance Panels
- Tesla Powerwall 3 battery
- 2 x Tesla Wall Connectors (EV Chargers)
Keeping the family’s life style and habits in mind, i.e. the type of cars they drive (electric), and their energy consumption allowed us to design a system that is estimated to reduce the energy bill of the 5 bedroom property by 60%!
